WISE Cloud: reports that deliver themselves.
WISE Cloud delivers reports, forms and consent documents straight to the patient, securely, with full traceability and under your organisation's brand. No counter pick-ups, no paper to archive.
- No app
- patients install nothing
- No password
- a link and a one-time code (OTP)
- Your brand
- your logo and colours on the portal, emails and notifications
- Multi-site
- each site is an isolated environment, with its own users, roles and permissions
01 · Who it is for
Built for people who report every day.
WISE Cloud is TECHEMV's platform for outpatient clinics, diagnostic centres and medical practices that want to do away with counter pick-ups and with paper-based consent forms and questionnaires.
Patients install nothing and remember no password: they receive a link, identify themselves with a one-time code and download their documents from their phone.
- Multi-site. Each site is an isolated environment, with its own users, roles and permissions.
- Under your brand. Your logo and colours on the portal, emails and notifications.
- Tailored features. Channels, signatures and automations are enabled site by site.
02 · How it works
From reporting to the patient's phone, with no manual steps.
Born in your management system
The WISE Agent, installed on site, detects new reports and uploads them on its own, querying your management system read-only, without changing or slowing it. Alternatively, a manual upload from the browser takes a few seconds.
Checked and protected
Every file is virus-scanned before it is stored. Internal access is governed by granular roles and permissions, and every operation is logged.
The patient receives a link
By SMS or email, depending on the channels the organisation has enabled. The patient opens the link and confirms their identity with a one-time code.
Download and keep
From a phone or a computer, several reports at once in a single ZIP file. Links expire, can be revoked at any time, and every access is traced.
03 · What it does
Four pillars, one platform.
Secure report delivery
- Secure link and OTP code for every share
- Patient area with their document history
- Link expiry and revocation
- Multiple download in a single ZIP
- Virus scan on every uploaded file
- SMS and email notifications, per site
Forms and signatures
- Consent forms and pre-exam questionnaires on the smartphone
- Yes/No questions, an "Other" option and free text
- Visual editor and import from Word (.docx)
- Signature with an OTP code and, if required, a drawn signature
- SHA-256 fingerprint of the form and the answers
- Optional qualified PAdES digital signature on reports
Automations
- Appointment reminders by SMS and email, read from your management system
- Pre-exam forms sent with the reminder
- Report upload with no human intervention
- Every automation is enabled per site
Control and reports
- Dashboard of documents and form status
- Per-patient report: documents, signed forms, consents
- Multi-site reports with aggregated statistics
- Complete log of accesses and operations
- Documented REST API and webhooks
04 · Forms and signatures
Consent forms signed on the phone, before the examination.
Medical-history questionnaires, informed consents and privacy notices reach the patient together with the appointment reminder. They fill them in and sign them on their phone, and they reach reception ready to use.
- Identity verified with an OTP code and, if required, a drawn signature.
- For every signed form the platform keeps the verified OTP code, the SHA-256 fingerprint of the document and the answers, the IP address, the date and the time.
- The signed document stays unchangeable in the archive.
05 · Compliance
Designed around GDPR.
Data protection is not an add-on module: it is how the platform is built.
Versioned consents
A new version of the privacy notice requires a new acceptance, with the proof kept.
Complete log
Every access, sending and signature leaves a trace that can be consulted.
Data separated by site
Multi-tenant architecture: each organisation sees only its own data.
Minimisation
Patients access only their own documents, after OTP verification.
Dossier obscuring
At the data subject's request, documents can be hidden from staff.
Verified channels
Notifications go only to the contact details registered in the patient record.
