01 · The modules
From early pregnancy assessment to the report for the referring doctor.
astraia.obstetrics
RoutinePrenatal diagnostics from early pregnancy assessment through to delivery and birth outcome. The FMF algorithm, always kept at the latest version, calculates risks for trisomy 21, 18 and 13, intrauterine growth restriction and preterm delivery in the first trimester, and for pre-eclampsia in all three trimesters.

astraia.gyn
RoutineEvery aspect of gynaecological health: early pregnancy, uterus, ovaries and adnexa, endoscopic procedures such as laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. Risk of malignancy for adnexal masses follows the IOTA and RMI models.

astraia.fetalecho
SpecialisedA systematic assessment of the fetal heart: morphology, biometry and doppler, with suggestions for further measurements based on the findings entered. Integrates into astraia.obstetrics or runs standalone.

astraia.fetalneurosono
SpecialisedA detailed assessment of the fetal brain: brain morphology and cephalic biometry documented step by step, against reference charts. An extension of astraia.obstetrics.

astraia.delivery
SpecialisedDocumentation of labour and delivery, from induction to placenta delivery, with a dedicated screen for postpartum events of mother and child.

astraia.colposcopy
SpecialisedColposcopic examinations guided step by step: history, referral, findings, treatments and outcome, with an integrated drawing tool and a report for the referring doctor.

astraia.breast
SpecialisedBreast examinations: family history with a pedigree tool, palpation, sonography, X-ray and magnetic resonance mammography. BI-RADS terminology and, for MRM, the Göttingen score.
